£6 million Crawley Headquarter Refurbishment

Role: Employer’s Agent, Project/Development Management

Description: Complete refurbishment of c10,000sq ft on 6 floors of occupied offices and ancillary areas.

• Selected and appointed the professional team

• Developed phasing programme such that building remained fully operational

• Completed on time, within budget

• Carried out detailed phasing and liaison with user groups to ensure minimum disruption

EUK

We have been engaged by EUK for over 10 years providing a broad range of PM services including infrastructure and migration projects, consolidation projects (business mergers) and interior fit-outs at various sites in the UK.

We were appointed from our ongoing framework for the consolidation and co-location of various EUK departments from two locations to one office facility in NW London. The programme took place over a very short period during last summer and was very successful, which was due in large part to excellent pre-planning with fall back contingency methodology.
