Bank of Georgia branch roll-out

 

Queensborough Project Management employed as advisors to Bank of Georgia retail banking for a new branch concept and roll-out; role included design and initial budget planning, procurement of branch proto types from international suppliers including: the Czech Republic, Turkey and Singapore and subsequent selection and appointment of roll-out contractor. Strategy and concept complete incorporating skills and knowledge transfer for future project execution by bank personnel locally.

 

Etisalat (Dubai)

 

Contract value; c£10m. Contract period; 10 months (completed 2007)

Refurbishment of telecoms business centre to very high standards whilst remaining fully operational and in public use. The project covered two floors of very high specification finishes and IT and support services. Our role included management of design, procurement and contractors and specialists.

 

Bank of Georgia HQ

 

New headquarters building c£30m comprising c200,000 sq ft new build over two blocks with linked atrium in the central commercial district of Tbilisi Georgia. Queensborough Project Management were appointed as Project Managers in Jan 2008 with development management responsibility covering brief development, cost planning advice, procurement and project delivery.

 

Etisalat (UAE)

 

Queensborough Project Management provided Project Management leadership co-located with the design team for a roll-out of around 20 retail units in various locations across the UAE to a very short programme in occupied facilities and retail malls.
