New headquarters building c£30m comprising c200,000 sq ft new build over two blocks with linked atrium in the central commercial district of Tbilisi Georgia.
Role; Queensborough Project Management are appointed as Project Manager at development planning stage with responsibility for Client brief development, design team selection and appointment to the Client, all other procurement of specialists, contract strategy and procurement of Contractor and overall management through to project completion and handover. Duration from appointment to handover estimated as two years.

Acting as construction manager of a new £60m research and development facility for Nokia, to accommodate some 1,500 people. The project was constructed in two phases and featured extensive user group consultation to deliver a high quality building to the client's precise requirements.
